Who we are

This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website at bythemiledigital.com, what we do with it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We only collect information you intentionally give us, plus a small amount of standard web analytics.
- Contact form submissions: name, company, email, website, services of interest, and the message you write. The form is processed by Web3Forms, which routes the email to our inbox.
- Direct emails or phone calls: whatever information you choose to share when you reach out.
- Standard web analytics: page views, referrer, approximate location (city level), and device type. We use this to understand which content is useful and to fix what is broken.
We do not collect payment information on this website. Billing for active clients runs through invoicing tools and payment processors that have their own privacy policies.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and follow up if you asked us to.
- To deliver the services you signed up for, if you become a client.
- To improve the website and the content we publish.
- To comply with legal obligations, when applicable.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for advertising. We do not add you to a marketing list unless you explicitly opt in.
Third-party services
The website relies on a few standard tools to function. Each has its own privacy practices.
- Web3Forms processes contact form submissions and delivers them to our inbox.
- Cloudflare hosts and serves the website. They keep limited request logs for security and performance.
- Google Fonts serves typography assets. Google may log the request.
- Web analytics (privacy-respecting) helps us understand traffic patterns. We do not run cross-site tracking pixels.
Cookies
The website does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Essential cookies, when used, are limited to making the website function correctly. Your browser settings let you block or delete cookies at any time without losing access to the site.
How long we keep information
Inquiries from the contact form stay in our email archive unless you ask us to delete them. Active client records are kept for the duration of the engagement plus a reasonable period for accounting and tax requirements. Analytics data is retained at aggregate level only.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we have about you. Email info@bythemiledigital.com with the request and we will confirm within five business days. If you are in California, the EU, or another jurisdiction with formal privacy rights, those rights apply, and we will honor them.
Children
The website is intended for business owners and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated to active clients directly.
